18+ Age Requirement
luckbed is strictly for adults aged 18 and above. Age verification is mandatory at the withdrawal stage. Any account found to belong to a minor will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited in accordance with applicable policy.
One Account Per Player
Each player is permitted to hold exactly one account on luckbed. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held across them.
Bonus Wagering Requirements
All bonuses on luckbed are subject to wagering requirements stated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.

1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between luckbed ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers with, or uses the luckbed website, including all games, betting markets, promotional features, and support channels available thereon.
By completing the registration process on luckbed, depositing funds, placing a wager, or otherwise interacting with the Platform in any meaningful way, you confirm that:
- You have read these Terms in their entirety and understand their content.
- You agree to be legally bound by these Terms and any amendments published on the Platform from time to time.
- You are accessing the Platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only.
- You acknowledge that online gaming carries financial risk and that you are participating at your own discretion.
If you do not accept these Terms in full, you are required to cease using the luckbed platform immediately and, if applicable, close your account by contacting customer support at support@luckbed.
These Terms are written in English and apply to all players accessing luckbed from Bangladesh, including players in Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Khulna, Rajshahi, Barisal, Rangpur, Mymensingh, and Cox's Bazar. Where any translation of these Terms is provided for reference, the English version shall always take precedence in the event of any inconsistency.
2. Eligibility and Age Restriction
Access to and use of luckbed is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:
- Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. luckbed enforces a strict 18+ policy across all products and services on the Platform. Gambling by persons under the age of 18 is absolutely prohibited.
- Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you. If you are subject to any legal restriction that prevents you from entering contracts, you may not register or use the Platform.
- Not self-excluded: You must not have previously self-excluded from luckbed or from any other gambling platform where self-exclusion is still in effect. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion by registering a new account is a material breach of these Terms.
- Own funds: You must be gambling with funds that legally belong to you. Using funds obtained through illegal means, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering, is strictly prohibited and will be reported to the relevant authorities.
luckbed reserves the right to request documentary proof of age, identity, and address at any point. Acceptable documents include government-issued photo identification such as a National Identity Card (NID), passport, or driving licence. Players who fail to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by luckbed will have their accounts suspended and pending withdrawals placed on hold until verification is completed.
3. Account Registration and Responsibilities
3.1 Registration Requirements
To use the luckbed platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. All information submitted during registration must be truthful. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure without refund of any balance.
3.2 One Account Policy
Each individual may hold only one registered account on luckbed at any given time. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same personal details, different email addresses, different mobile numbers, or different payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luckbed reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances, including both deposited funds and bonus winnings, without prior notice.
3.3 Account Security
You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication details. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. luckbed will never ask you for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity that occurs on your account while logged in is your responsibility, regardless of whether it was authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify luckbed immediately at support@luckbed.
3.4 Account Information Updates
It is your responsibility to keep your account information up to date at all times. If any of your registered details change — including your mobile number, email address, or payment method — you must update them promptly through your account settings or by contacting customer support. luckbed will not be responsible for failed communications or delayed withdrawals resulting from outdated account information.
4. Deposits and Withdrawals
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods
luckbed accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank Limited (DBBL), City Bank, and BRAC Bank. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000, unless otherwise stated at the time of a specific promotional offer.
4.2 Deposit Processing
Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your luckbed account within seconds of confirmation by the payment provider. Bank transfer deposits via DBBL, City Bank, and BRAC Bank may take up to two business hours to reflect in your account balance. luckbed is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's systems, network outages, or bank processing times beyond our control.
4.3 Withdrawal Processing
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification being fully completed. Mobile wallet withdrawals via bKash and Nagad are typically processed within 15–30 minutes during standard operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. luckbed reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawals above ৳50,000, which may extend the processing time by up to 48 hours.
4.4 Funds Ownership
By depositing funds into your luckbed account, you confirm that the funds are sourced legally and belong entirely to you. luckbed operates a segregated funds policy — player balances are held separately from the company's operational funds and are available for withdrawal at all times, subject to these Terms. luckbed does not pay interest on player account balances.
5. Bonus and Promotions Policy
5.1 General Bonus Terms
From time to time, luckbed offers bonuses and promotional rewards to both new and existing players. These may include welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as the BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules set out in this section.
5.2 Welcome Bonus
New players who complete registration and make their first qualifying deposit on luckbed are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000. The welcome bonus is credited to the player's bonus balance upon deposit and is subject to a wagering requirement, which will be clearly stated at the time the offer is presented. Players must wager the combined value of the deposit and bonus amount the specified number of times before any resulting winnings are eligible for withdrawal.
5.3 Wagering Requirements
Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Bonuses that have not been fully wagered within the validity period will expire and be removed from the player's account along with any associated winnings. Not all games contribute equally towards wagering requirements — typically, slots contribute 100%, live casino games contribute at a lower rate, and certain game types may be excluded entirely. 5.4 Bonus Abuse
luckbed operates a zero-tolerance policy towards bonus abuse. This includes, but is not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using automated software or betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms with minimal risk; and colluding with other players to generate artificial wagering turnover. Where bonus abuse is detected, luckbed reserves the right to void all bonuses, cancel associated winnings, and close the relevant accounts.
6. Game Rules and Fair Play
luckbed offers a library of over 1,200 games provided by licensed third-party software studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of any game before placing wagers.
All non-live casino games on luckbed use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that has been independently tested and verified for fairness and unpredictability. Live casino games are operated by licensed studios using professionally certified dealing equipment and independently audited dealing procedures. The return-to-player (RTP) percentages for all games are determined by the respective game providers and represent statistical averages over a large number of rounds — they do not guarantee any particular outcome for any individual session.
In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, the affected round will be resolved in accordance with the game provider's technical specifications. Where a game round cannot be resolved due to a technical failure, the wager for that round will be refunded to the player's account balance. luckbed's decision in matters of game dispute resolution is final, subject to the player's right to escalate unresolved complaints to the appropriate channel as described in these Terms.
7. Prohibited Conduct
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on luckbed and will result in immediate account suspension and potential permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement where appropriate:
- Registering more than one account, whether using identical or different personal details.
- Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
- Using the Platform for any purpose other than personal entertainment, including for commercial gain, money laundering, or fraud.
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in place of genuine human play.
- Exploiting software bugs, errors in odds, or pricing mistakes to generate artificial profit — commonly referred to as "arbing" or "glitch exploitation".
- Colluding with other players in poker, live dealer games, or any other multiplayer game format to gain an unfair advantage.
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or interfere with the technical operation of the Platform in any way.
- Using the Platform while subject to a self-exclusion order, whether issued by luckbed or any other operator.
- Conducting any form of payment fraud, including chargebacks initiated in bad faith after wagering has taken place.
luckbed employs dedicated fraud monitoring systems that operate continuously. Suspicious activity is flagged automatically and reviewed by the security team. Players found to have engaged in any prohibited conduct will have their accounts closed without notice and any outstanding balance — including both real-money and bonus funds — will be forfeited.
8. Account Suspension and Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting luckbed customer support via live chat or by emailing support@luckbed. Prior to closure, any remaining balance above the minimum withdrawal threshold will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of all applicable KYC requirements. Accounts with an active bonus balance at the time of voluntary closure will have the bonus and any associated winnings removed before the net real-money balance is returned.
8.2 Self-Exclusion
Players who wish to take a break from gambling for responsible gaming reasons may request a self-exclusion period ranging from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account will be locked, all marketing communications will cease, and no new deposits will be accepted. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately upon receipt and cannot be reversed during the selected exclusion period. 8.3 Platform-Initiated Suspension
luckbed reserves the right to suspend or close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, receipt of a valid legal order, or where continued operation of the account is deemed by luckbed to pose a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other players. In cases of suspension pending investigation, the player's balance will be held and returned if the investigation concludes that no breach occurred.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luckbed's total liability to any player arising out of or in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luckbed shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:
- Losses incurred as a result of gambling activity on the Platform.
- Interruptions in Platform availability due to scheduled maintenance, technical faults, or circumstances outside luckbed's reasonable control.
- Delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any banking partner.
- Unauthorised access to a player's account resulting from the player's failure to maintain the security of their credentials.
- Any reliance by a player on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to contain inaccuracies.
Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit luckbed's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. luckbed makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content thereon. Players use the Platform at their own risk.
10. Amendments and Governing Law
10.1 Amendments to These Terms
luckbed reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, luckbed will publish the updated Terms on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date and, where practicable, notify registered players via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 8.1.
10.2 Complaints and Dispute Resolution
luckbed is committed to resolving player complaints promptly and fairly. If you have a complaint relating to your account, a game outcome, a payment, or any other aspect of the Platform, you should first contact the customer support team via live chat or by emailing support@luckbed. The support team will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and aim to provide a full resolution within five business days. Complex disputes may take longer and will be communicated to you with a realistic timeline.
10.3 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and the specific terms applicable to any bonus or promotion you have accepted, constitute the entire agreement between you and luckbed with respect to your use of the Platform. They supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings of any nature between the parties relating to the same subject matter.
10.4 Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be replaced with a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent of the severed clause.
